Blood's holiday snaps
Looks like he had a wild time! Speaking of wild times, I'm starting this offer. You can buy any Flesh & Bone original strip for £15. This once in a lifetime price includes postage to wherever you are in the world. I know, right! They're mostly on top quality hi-grade paper, we're talking slightly off-white 300gms car-tridge. They measure in at approximately 42cm by 14cm. The ink is black.
Email me on davidmountpleasant at googlemail dot com to take advantage of my better nature and to see if your strip of choice is available. I dare anyone to actually do this, I will love it. Each strip comes with a poem or rap riffing on your name. Can't say fairer than that.

They tink it's all over...

The World Cup is so over, so ceases World Cup Flesh & Bones. Back to reality on Thursday!
Sorry Gazza. Interesting fact, they used to do a "Gazza burger" at one of the burger vans outside Middlesbrough's ground when Gazza played for them. It ent(r)ailed burger, donor meat, chili sauce and garlic mayo. On paper you're not having it much but let me tell you, it was not half bad. Certainly a more samba option than the "Juninho burger" which only entailed burger and chili sauce (or salsa maybe), burgers by numbers or wot! Lazy journalism.
HOOTENANNY! This is the 150th Flesh & Bone!!! Live it up, give it up, sieve it up! To mark this famous landmark I am unleashing a possible permanent feature to these posts. Here it is, as of what I'm actually intaking RIGHT now whilst posting this blog...

Semifinalists

Ten points for the indie reference in the title of this blog. Footie and Indie? Now you're talking! This is a pencil F n B too, can't get much more indie than that. LETS HAVE IT
Also, I couldn't help but note that the follower count on this flesh and blog used to be 44 but now it's 43. Wha' happen? Did the 44th disciple cancel their google account? Or did they tire of the World Cup F n B campaign? Thanks to the faithful 43 though, sticking with me through the good times and the BAD. Take heed fairweather 44!

ENGLAND!

Dry your eyes mate. The eager eyed among you might notice that this is an "uncut" instalment of Flesh & Bone. My pen was a-leaking and I simply had to share the totally accidental but totally pleasing Bone eye socket smudge in frame 2, now that's what I call a happy accident. Special mention also to the ink droplet that ended up forming Bone's elbow joint in frame 4, one for the blooper reel. Flesh doesn't get off so lightly, note the over-emphasised chin cleft caused by wayward ink drift in frame 2 - overshadowed somewhat by Bone's eye socket eruptus. I left the scribbs and blots underneath the strip just for a bit of fun. Enjoy?
